If you are invited to submit a full proposal, please include:

1. Most current reviewed or audited financial statement
2. Current budget for organization and project, if applicable
3. Annual report (if you do one)
4. Any additional information, such as brochures, newsletters, newspaper
   clippings, ect. that may asist in the consideration of your application
5. A copy of your IRS 501c3 determination letter (if it is a first time proposal)

Additionally, your proposal should contain the answers to these questions:

1. Organization Purpose
2. Project(s) Purpose
3. Goals, methods of evaluation and report on progress toward goals
4. Effect of organization's work on systemic change
5. Effect of organization's work on the environment
6. Emphasis on education
7. Use of volunteers and numbers of volunteers

Note: if you have already sent copies of any materials please do not send
duplicates. In making copies we always prefer you double side paper and use
the most environmentally friendly paper.

There are two funding cycles: a winter cycle with proposals due December 1 for funding
in March and a summer cycle with proposals due May 1 for funding in August.
